Our Ginger Gin has been made at the request of Kevin Collins - owner of our local Fish Devine Restaurant and Rum Bar here in Airlie Beach. While still Juniper forward this spirit is distilled with enough fresh ginger root in the final distillation to ensure there is a strong ginger note on the palate. The result is a gin with traditional freshness up front with an earthy warming feel in the lingering finish.
